通过混凝土中粗集料体积率的变化对混凝土抗压强度的影响,以及其影响的大小,作出初步的探讨和分析。试验中选取三个强度等级,分别为:高强、中强、低强。在同强度等级的对比试验中,水泥、水、外加剂、集料的用量保持不变,只改变粗集料的体积率。每个强度等级成型6个150mm×150mm×150mm的立方体试块,分别测试4个龄期:1天、3天、7天、28天的混凝土抗压强度。结果发现混凝土中粗集料的体积率不但影响混凝土的容重、体积的安定性,对抗压强度的影响尤为明显,而且是强度越高时越为明显。所以在混凝土配合比设计中,应注意好粗集料的体积率,对混凝土强度的提高,控制混凝土的工作性及其体积安定性均有重要的意义。
Through the influence of the change of the volume fraction of coarse aggregate in concrete on the compressive strength of concrete and the influence of it, the paper makes a preliminary discussion and analysis. Three intensity levels were selected for the experiment, namely: high strength, medium strength, low strength. In comparison with the strength level of the test, the amount of cement, water, additives, aggregate remained unchanged, only changing the volume fraction of coarse aggregate. Six 150mm × 150mm × 150mm cubes were molded for each strength grade, and the concrete compressive strengths of four ages were tested: 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and 28 days respectively. The results show that the volume fraction of coarse aggregate in concrete not only affects the bulk density, volume stability of concrete, but also has obvious effect on compressive strength, and is more obvious when the strength is higher. Therefore, in the concrete mix design, should pay attention to the volume ratio of coarse aggregate, the increase of concrete strength, control the workability of concrete and its volume stability are of great significance.
