探讨P物质(SP)与造血的关系。方法:采用甲基纤维素半固体造血祖细胞培养法检测正常血浓度的SP以及不同浓度的SP对骨髓CFU-GM和CFU-C_(21)的作用。结果:10-10 mol·L~(-1)和10~(-11)mol·L~(-1)SP组CFU-GM的产率分别为193±19和206±40,与对照(136±17)相比具有显著差异(P<0.05);10~(-10)mol·L~(-1)和10~(-11)mol·L~(-1)SP对 CFU-C_(21)也有明显刺激作用,前者 CFU-C_(21)为 143±16,后者为 153±15,与对照(80.3± 31)相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);高于或低于上述浓度时, SP对 CFU-GM和 CFU-C_(21)的刺激作用均减弱,与对照相比无显著性差异( P> 0. 05)。结论:适当浓度的 SP对体外 CFU-GM和 CFU-C_(21)具有明显的刺激效应。SP对正常骨髓造血具有重要的意义。
To explore the relationship between substance P (SP) and hematopoiesis. Methods: The effects of different concentrations of SP on bone marrow CFU-GM and CFU-C_ (21) were detected by methylcellulose semi-solid hematopoietic progenitor cell culture. Results: The yields of CFU-GM in 10-10 mol·L -1 and 10-11 mol·L -1 SP groups were 193 ± 19 and 206 ± 40, respectively, (P <0.05). The effect of 10 ~ (-10) mol·L ~ (-1) and 10 ~ (-11) mol·L ~ (-1) SP on CFU-C_ ) Were also significantly stimulated. CFU-C_ (21) of the former was 143 ± 16 and the latter was 153 ± 15, which was significantly different from that of the control (80.3 ± 31) (P <0.05) Stimulation effect of SP on both CFU-GM and CFU-C_ (21) was weakened, with no significant difference compared with the control (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: SP at a suitable concentration has a significant stimulatory effect on CFU-GM and CFU-C_ (21) in vitro. SP on the normal bone marrow hematopoietic has important significance.
