随着电热原子吸收光谱的发展,采用热解石墨涂层管测定稀土元素,灵敏度较火焰法有所提高,但在高温下稀土元素易与石墨反应形成难于原子化的碳化物,存在记忆效应,灵敏度、精度及抗干扰能力仍较差。测定实际样品如高纯稀土氧化物中的微量Yb尚存在一定困难。本文采用衬钨钽的热解石墨涂层管,在国产仪器上测定了Y_2O_3及混合稀土氧化物中低含量的Yb,本法具有灵敏度高,重现性好,不需要预先分离和富集即可测定Y_2O_3中0.nμg/g的Yb,方法简便,易于操作。
