一九五五年八月二十日(55)會辦財字第一六八號‘江西省一九五五年農業稅徵收暫行辦法’第十一條第一款规定‘……凡已改爲薪金制待遇的現役軍官和改爲工資制的職工,一律不計算計稅人口’。近據各地反映:因農業稅的調查登記與編册造串工作即將進行,要分清本籍軍人中的軍官和士兵,尚需所在部隊開具證明,目前來不及辦好這一手續,爲使各地能及時進行農業稅的編册造串工作,特规定現役軍官和原爲包乾制或供給制的國家機關工作人員,今年仍計入農業稅計稅人口。一九五五年農業稅徵收暂行辦法中的有關此項規定,延至明年開始執行。
