本文介绍了德国职业院校教师培养的一些特点和基本经验,以及这些经验对潍坊职业学院教师队伍建设的借鉴意义,提出了潍坊职业学院今后一个时期教师队伍建设的重点和工作思路。 This paper introduces some characteristics and basic experiences of teacher training in vocational colleges in Germany and the reference significance of these experiences to the construction of teachers’ ranks in Weifang Vocational College. It puts forward the key and work train of thought for the construction of teachers contingent in Weifang Vocational College in the coming period.
