由于常规资源开发难度加大以及储量增长有限,非常规资源的开发日益被重视,页岩气便是其中颇受关注的一种。美国在页岩气开发方面着手较早,目前已经拥有一定规模的产量。页岩气的成功开采大大增强了美国在能源外交和应对气候变化等方面的主导权,也对全球天然气市场、能源供应格局以及地缘政治产生了重要影响。我国页岩气资源丰富,技术基础和商业化条件较好,一旦政策到位,极有可能在较短时期内实现规模化发展,并成为新的产业增长点。
Due to the difficulty of developing conventional resources and the limited growth of reserves, the development of unconventional resources has been paid more and more attention. Shale gas is one of the most popular ones. The United States started earlier in shale gas development and now has a certain amount of output. The successful exploitation of shale gas has greatly enhanced the United States’ dominance in energy diplomacy and response to climate change. It has also had a significant impact on the global natural gas market, energy supply pattern and geopolitics. China’s shale gas is rich in resources, technology and commercial conditions are good, once the policy in place, is likely to achieve large-scale development in a relatively short period of time and become a new industrial growth point.
