道岔是实现列车转线运行的轨道结构,是我国高速铁路建设的关键技术之一。文章介绍了高速道岔设计理论,平面线型、转辙器结构、辙叉结构、扣件系统、轨下基础、转换设备等结构关键技术,制造与铺设工艺及实车试验评定结果。该系列创新成果的取得,对推动道岔行业技术进步和指导中国铁路道岔的进一步研制、推广使用具有重要意义。
Turnout is the track structure to realize the operation of train turnaround and is one of the key technologies for the construction of high speed railway in our country. This paper introduces the key technologies of the design of high speed switch, the design of flat wire type, switch structure, frog structure, fastener system, rail foundation, conversion equipment and so on, manufacturing and laying technology and actual vehicle test evaluation results. The acquisition of this series of innovations is of great significance to promoting the technical progress of turnout industry and guiding the further development and use of the railway turnout in China.
