“十三五”时期城乡均等的公共就业创业服务体系要更加健全。鉴于当前就业服务政策的共性问题,建议尽快按照规划要求进行调整,出台统一的就业服务标准体系,由省级财政安排专项资金支持就业服务工作,加强农村基层服务平台建设,培育高素质的服务人员队伍,实施服务全过程的绩效评估监督机制,实现服务均等化和能力提升。
