1999年度在美国向 IEEE Fellow颁奖仪式上 ,电子科技大学刘盛刚院士因对微波电子学物理及技术以及对该领域中高等教育的贡献获奖。东南大学章文勋教授因对包含天线、波导及散射的电磁理论研究与开发而获奖。中国台湾的壮艹 晴光教授 (台湾交大 )和林浩教授 (休斯敦 )也获奖。27 At the awarding ceremony to the IEEE Fellow in the United States in 1999, Academician Liu Shengang from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China received the award for its contribution to the physics and technology of microwave electronics and its contribution to higher education in this area. Professor Zhang Wenxun of Southeast University won the award for researching and developing electromagnetic theory including antenna, waveguide and scattering. Taiwan’s Zhuang 艹 Ching Kwong Professor (Taiwan’s National Chiao Tung University) and Professor Lin Hao (Houston) also won the award. 27
