目前,在我国城市,医疗服务的提供总量及结构与居民对医疗服务的需要和需求不相匹配。解决该问题的途径之一是调整医疗资源的配置总量与结构,使得医疗服务的提供总量与结构能够与居民的需要和需求相匹配。本文利用威海市1997年卫生服务调查资料,通过对威海市医疗服务需要及需求状况的描述与分析,发现居民对医疗服务需要和需求上的特征及存在的主要问题,并对未来医疗服务的需求水平进行预测,为制定区域卫生资源配置的调整政策提供信息。
