从山西甘草中分离出八种化合物 (Ⅰ~Ⅷ ) [6] 。本文报道两种新化合物 (Ⅶ )和 (Ⅷ )及其结构鉴定。化合物 (Ⅶ ) :3β 羟基 11 氧化 齐墩果 12 烯 30 羧基 3 O β D 葡萄吡喃糖醛酸正丁酯 (1 2 ) β D 葡萄吡喃糖醛酸乙酯甙 ,被命名为乌拉尔甘草皂甙甲乙基正丁酯 (Ethyl n butyl UralsaponinAesters)。化合物(Ⅷ ) :3β 羟基 11 氧化 齐墩果 12 烯 30 羧基 3 O β D 葡萄吡喃糖醛酸正丁酯 (1 2 ) β D 葡萄吡喃糖醛酸甲酯甙 ,被命名为乌拉尔甘草皂甙甲甲基正丁酯 (Methyl n butylUralsponinAesters)
Eight compounds (Ⅰ ~ Ⅷ) were isolated from Shanxi licorice [6]. In this paper, two new compounds (Ⅶ) and (Ⅷ) and their structural identification were reported. Compound (VII): 3β Hydroxyl 11 Oxidized Oleanone 12 Alkene 30 Carboxy 3 O β D Gram-pyranuronic acid n-butyl ester (1 2) β D Gram-pyranone Erucyl glycoside, named as Ural licorice Ethyl n butyl Uralsaponin Aesters. Compound (VIII): 3β hydroxy 11 oxidized oleander 12 alkene 30 carboxy 3 O β D glucopyranosyl uronic acid n-butyl (1 2) β D grape pyrancuronic acid methyl ester glycosides, named Ural licorice Methyl n butyl Uralspond Aesters
