目的:优选中华苦荬菜总三萜乙醇回流提取工艺。方法:以总三萜提取率为指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法考察乙醇浓度、液料比、时间对总三萜提取率的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加10.2倍量80%乙醇85℃回流提取3次,每次2.6 h,总三萜提取率为1.69%,与理论预测值1.72%偏差较小。结论:通过响应面分析法优选中华苦荬菜总三萜提取工艺可行性较好,为其进一步的开发与利用提供实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total triterpene ethanol from Chinese bitter clam. Methods: The total triterpene extraction rate as an indicator, on the basis of single factor experiments, response surface methodology was used to investigate the effect of ethanol concentration, liquid to material ratio, and time on the total triterpene extraction rate. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the yield of total triterpene was 1.69%, which was 10.2 times the amount of 80% ethanol refluxed at 85 ℃ for 3 times, with a small deviation from the theoretical prediction value of 1.72%. Conclusion: It is feasible to optimize the extraction process of total triterpenoids from bitter Chinese cabbage by response surface methodology, providing experimental basis for its further development and utilization.
