班级管理工作的创新是高职院校生存发展的迫切需要,必须与时代和社会紧密契合。为了克服管理的窠臼,提高学生的素质,我们须探讨班级管理的科学性:致力具体可行的奋斗目标,注重监控;指导学生心力的科学发展;探讨学生主体意识等。
The innovation of class management is an urgent need for the survival and development of higher vocational colleges and must be closely interlinked with the times and the society.
