紫外线照射自血回输(以下简称UVB)是属于“量子血液疗法”的范畴。所谓“量子血液疗法”,是指抽取少量血,在体外用β射线、X射线、紫外线或激光照射,然后将经过照射的血液输回体内。 70年代末期,UVB在美国、苏联广泛用于血液、外科疾患。紫外线杀菌作用是众所周知的,其杀菌消炎,提高血氧饱和度,增加组织供氧,改善微循环,调整血凝与止血机制以及提高机体免疫功能等作用已得到充分证实。本栏集中报道我海军几个单位啪的临术应用情况,他们在内容上各有所长,其方法大同小异。希望读者从临床方面验证结果,以便从一个侧面了解推广情况及评价诊疗方法的确切效果,以推动这一新疗法的发展。
UV irradiation from the blood transfusion (hereinafter referred to as UVB) is a “quantum blood therapy” category.
