汽车衡作为衡器的重要分支,广泛应用于交通运输、矿山企业、大宗贸易等部门。传统的汽车衡采用模拟传感器并联的电路联接方式,它的误差补偿方法是通过反复调整每路称重传感器通道增益实现的,过程繁琐、称重结果准确度低。近年来得到广泛应用的数字式汽车衡由于接收的是数字信号,可通过软件编程对偏载进行误差补偿,因此具有更好的抗干扰能力。本文主要介绍数字汽车衡称重原理,称量误差产生的原因,设计误差补偿算法,降低偏载对衡量结果的影响,提高称量准确度。
Truck scale as an important branch of the scale, widely used in transportation, mining enterprises, bulk trade and other departments. Traditional truck scale simulation circuit connected in parallel with the sensor, and its error compensation method is repeated by adjusting the gain of each load cell channel to achieve, the process cumbersome, weighing results with low accuracy. In recent years, widely used digital truck scale because of the digital signal is received, software programming error compensation for partial load, and therefore has better anti-interference ability. This article mainly introduces the weighing principle of digital truck scale, the cause of weighing error and the design error compensation algorithm to reduce the impact of partial load on the measurement results and improve the weighing accuracy.
