目的探讨精神病专科医院人感染H7N9禽流感防控工作。方法成立人感染H7N9禽流感感染防治小组，明确职责，健全人感染 H7N9禽流感感染防控各项规章制度；加强各级各类人员相关知识培训；加强各种与感染有关事项的管理；加大医院感染控制设施的投资，确保消毒效果；加大监测督查力度，分析原因，持续改进。结果通过以上措施的落实使我院人感染H7N9禽流感感染防控工作规范化和制度化，确保患者安全就医。结论只有切实加强人感染 H7N9禽流感感染管理，防止医院成为新的传染源，才能有效地控制人感染H7N9禽流感流行。“,”Objective To investigate psychiatric hospital human infection with the H7N9 avian influenza prevention and control work. Methods establishing the human infection with the H7N9 avian influenza infection control team, clear responsibilities, the sound of human infection with the H7N9 avian influenza infection prevention and control of the rules and regulations; to strengthen knowledge training for al categories of personnel at al levels; strengthen the management of a variety of infections related mat ers; strength the hospital infection control investment in facilities, to ensure that the disinfection ef ect; intensify monitoring supervision, analyze the causes, and continuous improvement. Results The implementation of the above measures of people infected with the H7N9 avian flu prevention and control work standardization and institutionalization, and ensures patient safety for medical treatment. Conclusion Only earnestly strengthen human infection with the H7N9 avian influenza infection, to prevent hospital to become a new source of infection, in order to ef ectively control human infection with the H7N9 avian flu epidemic.
