研究医护人员绩效评估指标体系,有利于客观科学地评价医护人员的业绩,能够激发医护人员的潜能,发挥医护人员的劳动价值,调动广大医护人员的工作积极性。粤西地区位于中国大陆最南端,广东省西南部,近年来振兴发展取得明显成效。基于此,以粤西地区的医护人员绩效为研究对象,分析研究绩效评估指标体系,希望能为粤西地区医护人员绩效评估指标体系的建立提供理论基础和实践指导。
Researching the index system of performance evaluation of medical personnel is conducive to objectively and scientifically evaluating the performance of medical staff, inspiring the potential of medical staff, exerting the labor value of medical staff and arousing the enthusiasm of medical staff. The western Guangdong region is located in the southernmost tip of mainland China and southwestern Guangdong Province. In recent years, the revitalization and development have achieved remarkable results. Based on this, taking the performance of medical staff in western Guangdong as the research object, this paper analyzes and studies the index system of performance evaluation, hoping to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the establishment of index system of performance evaluation of medical staff in western Guangdong.
