6月12日下午,中国政府网公布国务院《关于建立完善守信联合激励和失信联合惩戒制度、加快推进社会诚信建设的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》指出,要加快推进社会信用体系建设,加强信用信息公开和共享,依法依规运用信用激励和约束手段,构建政府、社会共同参与的跨地区、跨部门、跨领域的守信联合激励和失信联合惩戒机制,促进市场主体依法诚信经营,维护市场正常秩序,营造诚信社会环境。
On the afternoon of June 12, the government website of China announced the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Establishing and Improving a System of Joint Corrections to Promote Trust and Beliefs and Accelerating Social Integrity Construction (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”).
