作为国际经济主角的跨国公司,其目标主要是营利,它是以商业规则和经济要素最佳配置要求进行全球化、无国界方式运行的。随着经济政治的高度融合,其影响必定会进入过去完全由国家主控的对外关系和国际关系领域。它既要国家为其发展提供保护、帮助和给予各种优惠与便利,又要以各种方式、手段促使国家改变政策与行动,或者采取抗拒国家政策的方法达到营利的目的。
As a multinational company with international economic prowess, its goal is mainly to make profits. It is based on the best deployment requirements of business rules and economic elements to operate in a globalized, borderless manner. With the high degree of economic and political integration, its influence will surely enter the field of external relations and international relations that was completely dominated by the state in the past. It requires the state to provide protection, assistance, and various kinds of preferential treatment and facilities for its development. It must also use various methods and means to encourage the country to change its policies and actions or adopt methods that resist national policies to achieve profit.
