一、新闻工作者不可不通晓马克思主义哲学新闻工作是最经常的、最有力的思想工作和政治工作。党领导的新闻报刊是我们党动员广大人民群众实现党的路线、方针和政策的一个重要武器。党的路线、方针和政策是唯物辩证法在我国革命和建设过程中的具体运用。为了更好地掌握和宣传党的路线、方针和政策,为了更好地完成新闻工作的任务,我们新闻工作者必须认真地学习并且熟练地掌握马克思主义哲学,建立徹底的革命宇宙观,掌握正确的思想方法和工作方法。在这方面我们的任务是重大的。
First, journalists must be familiar with Marxist philosophy Journalism is the most frequent and powerful ideological and political work. The press and newspapers led by the party are an important weapon for our party in mobilizing the broad masses of the people in realizing the party’s line, principles and policies. The party’s line, principles and policies are the specific application of materialist dialectics in the process of our revolution and construction. In order to better understand and propagate the party’s line, principles and policies, in order to better accomplish the tasks of journalism, we journalists must carefully study and master Marxist philosophy, establish a complete revolutionary outlook on the universe, and master the correct Way of thinking and working methods. Our task is significant in this regard.
