一、前言球形颗粒磁性粉末是电磁粉末离合器传递转矩的工作介质。磁粉粒度组成的平均颗粒直径一般按磁粉离合器工作间隙的1/16配比。磁粉的基本性能与磁粉离合器的各种特性密切相关,如磁粉宥高的磁感应强度B和导磁率μ,低的矫顽力H_e和剩磁B_r对提高磁粉离合器的传递转矩M,降低剩余转矩M_0和磁粉离合器的自重都有明显的影响。磁粉在离合器的连接过渡状态和滑差状态下工作时经受摩擦、疲劳、冲刷、高温和氧化的作用,磁粉颗粒表面受到逐渐破坏,各种性能下降,直至其传递转矩比初始值下降30%而失效。因此,研制磁性能好和使用寿命长的磁粉,对磁粉离合器的设计和应用具有重要价值。上海纺织科学研究院、上海第九棉纺织厂研制的
