为应对全球经济危机,2008年下半年以来,中国启动了史上最大规模的积极财政扩张政策。毫无疑问,投资效果是显著的,中国实体经济在过去的一年半里表现十分抢眼,全球一枝独秀。
To cope with the global economic crisis, China has started the largest-ever proactive fiscal expansion in history in the second half of 2008. Undoubtedly, the investment effect is remarkable. The real economy in China has been very eye-catching in the past year and a half and the whole world has shown its uniqueness.
