苏云金杆菌Bacillus thuringiensis制剂是目前世界上唯一发展为大规模商品生产的细菌杀虫剂。美国1958年开始商品性生产,我国是60年代初进行中间试制,此后10年,出于质量、成本等问题徘徊不前。1967年达尔梅奇博士在红铃虫死虫中分离获得HD-1菌株,现已成为美国生产用当家品种,HD-1的使用使美国苏云金杆菌制剂生产稳步上升。HD-1(库斯塔克变种)也是我国生产用主要菌株之一。 1982年5月湖北省农科院植保所微生物实验工厂研制成苏云金杆菌乳剂,简称
Bacillus thuringiensis preparation is the only bacterial pesticide in the world that has been developed for large-scale commercial production. The United States started commercial production in 1958, and our country started the pilot trial in the early 1960s. After 10 years, the United States stagnated for quality and cost issues. In 1967, Dr. Dalmetch obtained the HD-1 strain isolated from the red bollworm dead, and has now become the dominant US producer. The use of HD-1 has steadily increased the production of the U.S. Bacillus thuringiensis bacilli.
