本报告论证了柔性墩设计理论的基础是考虑墩与梁、台的共同作用,分析了柔性墩设计理论的五个特点,从而说明了柔性墩能节省大量圬工的原因。本报告叙述了柔性墩试验的主要结论:柔性墩的基本原理是正确的,柔性墩有足够的安全系数。本报告论证了能否安全架梁是柔性墩成败的关键之一,指出通过架梁实践证明柔性墩是能够安全架梁的。最后,本报告提出了对进一步发展柔性墩的意见。
This report demonstrates that the design of flexible piers is based on the interaction of pier with girder and girder. The five characteristics of the design theory of flexible pier are analyzed. The reason why flexible piers can save a lot of manpower is explained. This report describes the main conclusions of the flexible pier test: the basic principle of the flexible pier is correct, and the flexible pier has a sufficient safety factor.
