患儿:女,3岁。因腹痛及发现右上腹囊性肿块2天入院。体检:全身皮肤粘膜无黄染,心肺正常,腹软,右上腹饱满,可触及一囊性肿块,约15 cm×12 cm 大小,表面光滑,不活动,有压痛,下界清,肝脾未触及。B 超示:右肝部向外下有一15 cm×10cm 大小囊性无回声区,与肝脏无界限,与右肾无关,胆囊受压向左前移位。上消化道钡餐透示:十二指肠环扩大,并向前下推压移位。入院诊断:胆总管
Children: Female, 3 years old. Due to abdominal pain and found the right upper quadrant cystic mass 2 days admission. B ultrasound showed: the right hepatic outside a 15 cm × 10cm cystic anechoic area, and the liver without boundaries, has nothing to do with the right kidney, gallbladder pressure shift to the left before.
