目的了解在北京市高中学生中开展预防艾滋病同伴教育的可行性和教育效果,为制定艾滋病预防策略提供参考。方法随机选取北京市东城区2所普通中学,对选取的同伴教育者进行培训。由同伴教育者在学校开展各种形式预防艾滋病知识宣传活动。在干预活动前、后用相同的调查表格对接受宣传的学生进行问卷调查。结果学生接受预防艾滋病同伴教育后,预防艾滋病知识的知晓率得到了提高,特别是有关生活实际问题方面的知识,如和感染者共用学习用具是否会感染艾滋病回答正确率由教育活动前的86.5%升至活动后的93.3%。本次教育活动也改变了对不正确生活方式的认识以及对待艾滋病病人和家属的态度。结论在高中学生中开展艾滋病同伴教育,可以帮助学生正确认识和对待艾滋病,提高抵御艾滋病的能力。
Objective To understand the feasibility and educational effect of AIDS prevention peer education among senior high school students in Beijing and to provide reference for the development of AIDS prevention strategies. Methods Two general middle schools in Dongcheng District of Beijing were selected randomly to train the selected peer educators. Peer educators carry out various forms of AIDS awareness campaigns in schools. Before and after the intervention, the same questionnaire was used to conduct questionnaires among the students who received the publicity. Results After students received peer education on AIDS prevention, the awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention was improved. In particular, knowledge about practical life issues, such as sharing of learning aids with HIV infected persons, was answered correctly by 86.5% of pre-education activities, Rose to 93.3% after the event. This educational activity has also changed the understanding of incorrect lifestyles and attitudes towards AIDS patients and their families. Conclusion Peer education of AIDS among high school students can help students correctly understand and treat AIDS and improve their ability to fight AIDS.
