本文依据奎濉河2006年“7.2”暴雨洪水洪灾与1998、1996年相应场次暴雨洪水洪灾实况比较,经分析指出经过8年治理的奎濉河排洪除涝效益显著。
According to the actual situation of rainstorm and flood in 2006 and “7.2” in Kuihe River and the storm flood and flood in 1998 and 1996 respectively, the analysis shows that the benefit of flood and waterlogging in Kuitai River after 8 years of treatment is significant.
