因龋或外伤所致残冠、残根,以往前牙在口腔内科完成根管治疗后由口腔修复科做桩冠或铸造烤瓷冠;双尖牙、磨牙一般均拔除。随着成品固位钉的问世,拓宽了牙体修复的适应证。自1995年2月～12月,我们采用固位钉修复残冠、残根共109例122颗患牙,来院复查者98例110颗患牙,经3年的临床观察,取得满意效果。材料与方法 1.一般资料:本文收集来院复查患者98例110颗患牙。女63例,男46例。年龄9～76岁。
Due to caries or trauma caused by residual crown, residual roots, the past anterior teeth in the oral medicine after completion of root canal treatment by the Department of Stomatology to do post crown or cast ceramic crown; bicuspid, molars are generally removed. With the advent of finished retention nails, broadening the indications of dental restoration. From February 1995 to December, we used the retention nail to repair the residual crown. There were 109 cases with 122 teeth remaining in the residual root, and 98 cases with 110 teeth recovered in the hospital. After 3 years of clinical observation, satisfactory results were obtained. Materials and Methods 1. General Information: This article collected from the hospital to review 98 patients with 110 teeth. 63 females, 46 males. Aged 9 to 76 years old.
