通过介绍平煤十一矿井上下轨道运输的现状及道岔的使用情况,阐明了该矿人工扳道器在使用过程中存在的一系列弊端和使用司控道岔的原因。该矿井下主大巷和地面运输主要以蓄电池电机车为主,道岔的控制是靠人工来操作,此做法既不安全也影响生产效率。为满足矿井综合自动化生产的需要,安装了ZKC127Q型司控道岔装置。
By introducing the status quo of upper and lower track transportation in Pingdingshan eleven coal mines and the use of turnouts, a series of drawbacks of the manual switchman in the mine and the reasons for using them were analyzed.
