企业要发展,就离不开优质人才资源的保障。企业要吸引人才、留住人才,就应该转变思想、开拓创新。新的形势下,企业在员工心理收入上做些文章、下些功夫,努力寻求一个良好的平衡,以期迎来员工满意、企业兴旺的可喜局面。本文拟从一位企业人力资源管理者的角度,以中交上海港湾工程设计研究院有限公司(以下简称“港湾院”)为例,通过对员工心理收入的浅析,探索企业转型发展的新型动力机制。
