一、关于农村水利工作(一)“九五”期间农村水利工作进展情况“九五”期间,我省农村水利工作按照厅党组提出的“五新”要求,深入开展“红旗渠精神杯”竞赛活动,以节水为中心,积极发展平原井灌项目,多渠道筹集资金实施大型灌区续建配套与节水改造,深化农村水利工程产权制度改革,农村水利各项工作进展顺利。五年共发展有效灌溉面积123.2万hm~2,新增旱涝保收田面积64.7万hm~2,新发展节水灌溉面积46万多公
