目的 根据血脂检查法 ,探讨 TQ33对实验性高脂血症大鼠模型降低血清总胆固醇 (CH)、甘油三脂 (TG)和升高高密度脂蛋白 (HDL- C)的可能性。方法 利用 SD大鼠 ,给予高脂饲料 3周建立高脂血症模型 ,分成三个剂量组分别灌服 TQ33混悬液 4周 ,与对照组比较 CH和 TG水平。结果 给高血脂症大鼠 TQ33 4周后 ,高、中、低剂量组动物血清中 CH及 TG均显著降低 ;并均使高血脂症大鼠血清中 HDL- C显著升高。结论 大剂量 TQ33对大鼠高血脂症有一定的治疗作用 ;并有防止大鼠形成动脉粥样硬化的作用。 (注 :凝结芽胞杆菌的课题研究中菌种编号为 TQ33)
Objective To investigate the effect of TQ33 on lowering serum total cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (TG) and increasing high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods SD rats were given high-fat diet for 3 weeks to establish hyperlipidemia model. The rats were divided into three groups and fed with TQ33 suspension for 4 weeks respectively. The levels of CH and TG were compared with the control group. Results After 4 weeks of TQ33 in hyperlipidemic rats, the levels of CH and TG in serum of high, medium and low dose groups were significantly decreased, and the levels of HDL-C in serum of hyperlipidemic rats were significantly increased. Conclusion High-dose TQ33 has a certain therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia in rats and prevents the formation of atherosclerosis in rats.
