通过合金化和挤压铸造的方法,研究了浇注温度、模具温度和挤压压力对武术器械用镁合金显微形貌和力学性能的影响,并分析了挤压参数对合金力学性能的作用规律。结果表明,Nd元素含量的增加,会降低合金的平均晶粒尺寸,提高合金中第二相的含量,但是物相种类并没有发生变化;浇注温度和模具温度的升高以及挤压压力的降低,会使Mg-2.5Nd合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率降低。
The effects of pouring temperature, die temperature and extrusion pressure on the micro-topography and mechanical properties of martensitic magnesium alloy were studied by means of alloying and squeeze casting. The effect of extrusion parameters on the mechanical properties of the alloy was also analyzed . The results show that the increase of Nd content will reduce the average grain size of the alloy and increase the content of the second phase in the alloy, but the phase type does not change. The pouring temperature and the mold temperature increase and the extrusion pressure decrease , Will make the Mg-2.5Nd alloy tensile strength, yield strength and elongation after fracture decreased.
