对固溶态的2906超级双相不锈钢材料进行了650~950℃×6 h时效处理,利用OM、XRD、SEM、EDS和电化学工作站分析了时效温度对材料金属间相、力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明:650℃时效6 h时,没有发现σ相生成,材料的抗拉强度和耐蚀性变化不大;当时效温度为750℃,组织中生成σ相含量最多,导致抗拉强度降低、塑性及耐蚀性大大下降,但硬度略有提高;随着时效温度的进一步提高到850℃及950℃,生成的σ相逐渐减少,强度及耐蚀性略有回升。
The aging treatment of solid state 2906 super duplex stainless steel was carried out at 650-950 ℃ for 6 h.
