本文介绍一种改进了的奥氏体形变热处理,用这种方法制造板簧可简化板簧制造工艺,节省能源消耗,降低成本。试验证明,它可以减轻板簧重量,提高疲劳寿命2～4倍。
This article presents an improved heat treatment of austenite deformation. Using this method to manufacture leaf springs simplifies the leaf spring manufacturing process, saves energy and reduces costs. Test proved that it can reduce the weight of leaf springs and improve fatigue life 2 to 4 times.
