[案情介绍]1997年11月,随着国务院《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》的出台,中国证券市场热情洋溢地迎来了“新基金时代”。承载着监管层的厚爱、舆论的褒扬和人们对基金稳定市场的热望与期待,证券投资基金不断推出,基金管理公司相继成立。1998年3月至1999年底短短两年时间,共成立10家基金管理公司,22只新基金上市,其资产总值达574.22亿元。基金已迅速成为我国证券市场上一支重要的力量、一道亮丽的风景。在众多的基金和基金管理公司中,博时基金管理有限公司以及旗下的5只裕系基金的表现最引人注目。
