研究建立了高效液相色谱法测定蜂王浆中林可霉素残留量的方法。对样品前处理方法及色谱分离条件进行了优化。样品经乙腈(含3%的氨水)除蛋白,正己烷除脂肪,在217 nm波长下用紫外检测器检测,平均回收率为102.6%~107.3%。林可霉素在质量浓度5.0~100.0μg/m L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限为0.09μg/m L。该方法样品前处理方便快捷,检测成本低,重复性好、回收率高,适合于蜂王浆中林可霉素残留的检测。
A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of lincomycin in royal jelly was developed. Pretreatment methods and chromatographic conditions were optimized. The sample was deproteinized with acetonitrile (containing 3% ammonia) and hexane was used to remove fat. The sample was detected with a UV detector at 217 nm with an average recovery of 102.6% -107.3%. Lincomycin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 5.0-100.0 μg / mL, with the lowest detection limit of 0.09 μg / mL. The method has the advantages of convenient and quick pre-treatment, low detection cost, good repeatability and high recovery rate, and is suitable for the detection of lincomycin residues in royal jelly.
