1999年9 月2日,中国信 达资产管理公司和北京建材集团就北京水泥厂债转股事宜达成协议并正式签约,这是我国实施债转股的第一例——
On September 2, 1999, China Xinda Asset Management Corporation and Beijing Building Materials Group reached an agreement on the debt-to-equity swap of the Beijing Cement Plant and formally signed a contract. This is the first case of China’s implementation of debt-equity swaps.
