校企合作是高职院校的立校之本,校企合作的办学理念应渗透到高职院校教育教学的各个层面。校企合作既有物质层面的合作,也包括精神层面的合作,而精神层面的合作最主要的就是校企文化的融合。本文从校园文化与企业文化的内涵入手,寻求二者融合的理论依据,重点对高职院校校企文化融合的途径进行有效研究。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is the foundation of establishing a higher vocational college. The concept of running a school that cooperates with the university should permeate all levels of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges. School-enterprise cooperation has both material and spiritual aspects of cooperation, but also the spiritual level of cooperation is the most important is the integration of school-enterprise culture. This article starts with the connotation of campus culture and corporate culture and seeks for the theoretical basis of the integration of the two. It focuses on the effective study of the ways of college-enterprise culture integration in higher vocational colleges.
