偏头痛属于植物神经系统疾病，抗偏头痛药物的研究引起药物学家的兴趣。长期以来多用麦角胺生物碱类进行常规药物治疗，在5－羟色胺（5－HT）受体作用的研究中，5－HTID嫩动剂已经成功地用于偏头痛的治疗，以5－HT结构为基础的活性衍生物必将发展为一类新型的偏头痛治疗剂。本文综述了近年来抗偏头痛药物的研究进展。
