在水工大体积混凝土结构温度应力计算中,需要模拟实际施工过程,考虑混凝土分层浇筑、入仓温度、浇筑层厚、施工间歇期、混凝土及基础的弹模变化、水化热发散规律、外界气温的变化以及混凝土自生体积变形、徐变影响等因素。本文采用了有限单元法,用FORTRAN语言编制了三维不稳定温度场及温度徐变应力计算的通用程序,该程序能反映上述各种复杂因素,较为有效。文中给出了工程计算实例,可供设计和施工中使用。
In the calculation of thermal stress of hydraulic mass concrete structure, the actual construction process needs to be simulated. Considering the layered concrete pouring, warehousing temperature, pouring thickness, intermittent construction period, the change of concrete and foundation elastic modulus, hydration heat dissipation law, Temperature changes and the deformation of spontaneous concrete volume, creep and other factors. In this paper, a finite element method is used. A general procedure for calculating three-dimensional unstable temperature field and temperature creep stress is compiled by using FORTRAN language. The program can reflect the above complicated factors and is more effective. The article gives examples of engineering calculation, which can be used in design and construction.
