In October 2004, the State Post Bureau published the artwork of the 2005 Jette stamp issue plan and part of the stamps. At the same time, it started to book the 2005 New Post on the 1st of november, with the scheduled period of 1 month. In the past every year, new bookings priced at a high price were discounted in the postal market, and some even sold at a discount on the prices they sold.
