日本住友金属工业公司建成生产非晶态镀层钢板的试验设备,并向汽车制造和建筑部门等主要用户提供样品。该公司计划建半工业生产的连续镀层作业线,以实现商品化生产。利用熔融盐电解法,生产出此种耐蚀性与不锈钢同等的非晶态铝—锰合金镀层钢板。该公司进行了各种镀层研究,掌握了可在200℃低温条件下进行铝—锰合金镀层的技术,并和三菱重工业公司共同开发了连续镀层设备。
Sumitomo Metal Industries Ltd. has completed the production of test equipment for amorphous-coated steel sheets and provided samples to major users such as the automotive manufacturing and construction divisions.
