在经济发展增速和企业扩张加快的背景下,我国对企业法务人才的需求量日益提高。通过分析的我国企业法律人才的现状、特点和发展趋势,指出社会对于企业法务人才培养的要求。在辅修模式培养法务人才的命题下,重点分析了法学辅修方式培养企业法务人才的必要性和优势,并结合实际情况指出目前以辅修方式培养企业法务人才的缺陷和不足。结合企业法务人才的特点,给出了以辅修方式培养企业法律事务人才的建议。
Against the background of accelerating economic growth and accelerating business expansion, the demand for legal foremen in our country is increasing day by day. By analyzing the status quo, characteristics and development trend of legal talents in our country, this paper points out the requirements of the community for the cultivation of legal talents in enterprises. Under the mode of cultivating forensic talents in auxiliary mode, this paper mainly analyzes the necessity and advantage of cultivating forensic talents in legal aid mode, and points out the defects and shortcomings of cultivating forensic talents with auxiliary mode according to the actual situation. Combined with the characteristics of corporate legal talents, this paper gives some suggestions on how to cultivate legal talents in enterprises by means of minor repair.
