锌指结构和同源框1(zinc-fingers and homeoboxes 1,ZHX1)属于ZHX蛋白家族,ZHX蛋白家族还包括ZHX2、ZHX3。ZHX1开放阅读框编码873个氨基酸,其中包含2个锌指结构(C2-H2 zinc-fingers)和5个同源结构域。ZHX1可与其家族成员ZHX2和ZHX3结合形成异源二聚体,或自身结合形成同源二聚体,定位于细胞核中发挥调控转录作用。
Zinc finger and homeoboxes 1 (ZHX1) belong to the ZHX protein family, ZHX protein family also includes ZHX2, ZHX3. The ZHX1 open reading frame encodes 873 amino acids, including two C2-H2 zinc-fingers and five homologous domains. ZHX1 can combine with its family members ZHX2 and ZHX3 to form heterodimers, or combine with themselves to form homodimers, and locate in the nucleus to play a role in regulating transcription.
