1988年12月24日至26日在江苏省苏州市由冶金工业部和中国船舶工业总公司联合组织召开的“TZM钼合金在109鱼雷发动机配气阀体上的应用”的课题鉴定会。会议由冶金部科技司佟荣贵处长主持,中国船舶工业总公司物资部宋国福副处长,上海冶金工业局副总工程师方汉庭,冶金局科技处处长刘坤,109鱼雷总师办副总设计师贾日民和钢研所副所长宋宝陀等都在开幕式上讲了话。他们讲109鱼雷是我国23个重点项目之一,是“六五”,“七五”计划的重点,它
