目前,水稻白叶枯病的诊断虽有许多常规血清学方法,如琼脂扩散、免疫电泳、噬菌体、反向间接血凝以及酶联免疫吸附法等,其灵敏度、特异性较高,但由于受到样品中非特异性吸附和其他因素的干扰,不能适用于自然带菌种子的检测,对病原菌的死活情况也无法判断,其应用范围受到限制。因此,我们建立了水稻白叶枯病病原菌的免疫放射分析法,并初步应用于带菌叶片、种子以及稻根等样品的检验,取得较好的结果。
At present, there are many routine serological methods for the diagnosis of bacterial leaf blight, such as agar diffusion, immunoelectrophoresis, phage, indirect hemagglutination and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, which have higher sensitivity and specificity. However, Samples of non-specific adsorption and other factors interfere with, can not be applied to the detection of naturally-borne seeds, life and death of pathogenic bacteria can not judge, its application is limited. Therefore, we established the immune radiometric assay for the pathogen of bacterial leaf blight of rice, and applied it to the test of the samples with the carrier leaves, seeds and rice roots for good results.
