连云港东海,这里因“水晶之乡”而享誉中外,也因诞生了纪检资源重组、信访代理制等社会管理创新经验而蜚声全国。2010年以来,东海县整合社会资源,在全省率先组建122民生热线,建成了全国第一家县级应急指挥联动平台。短短2年多时间,民生热线共受理各类热线323127件,群众满意率达到95%以上,走出了一条新形势下加强社会管理、做好民生工作、服务人民群众的新路子。缘起:百姓事天下事

Since 2010, Donghai County has integrated social resources and has taken the lead in setting up a 122 people’s livelihood hotline in the province, establishing the first county-level emergency command and linkage platform in China. In just over two years, the Minsheng Hotline has handled 323,127 hotlines of all kinds and the satisfaction rate of the masses has reached over 95%.
