本工作旨在通过共混改性实现聚烯烃塑料高性能化。介绍了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/聚碳酸酯(PC)共混体系中组成对拉伸性能(拉伸强度、断裂伸长率)及形态的影响。结果表明,随PC含量增加,共混物的拉伸强度增加,断裂伸长率降低,而加入10phr的增容剂烯基双酚A醚接枝LDPE的体系,在相同PC含量时,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均高于未加增容剂的体系;PC含量低时,体系中PC基本上呈圆球状,PC含量较高时,部分PC粒子变形成椭球状、长条状、甚至纤维状;共混物受拉后,较多PC粒子向纤维状转变,就是因为这一形态的变化,承受了拉应力,对拉伸强度产生了贡献,由此给PC对体系拉伸性能影响进行了理论解释。
