目的观察氟伐他汀(Flu)对骨质疏松大鼠骨生物力学和形态学的影响。方法采用♀大鼠去卵巢法制备骨质疏松大鼠模型,同时给予不同剂量的Flu(20、10、5 mg·kg-1)干预,12周后测定大鼠的骨密度(BMD)、股骨最大扭矩、最大载荷及组织形态学的变化。结果与模型组比较,20 mg·kg-1Flu可增加骨质疏松大鼠股骨BMD、最大扭矩及最大载荷,对骨质疏松的骨形态结构的变化具有较好的改善作用。结论 Flu可改善骨质疏松大鼠骨组织的骨生物力学性能和形态学结构。
Objective To observe the effects of fluvastatin (Flu) on the biomechanics and morphology of osteoporosis rats. Methods Osteoporosis rat model was established by ovariectomized rats. At the same time, flu (20, 10, 5 mg · kg-1) was given to different doses of rat. After 12 weeks, the bone mineral density (BMD) Maximum torque, maximum load and histological changes. Results Compared with the model group, 20 mg · kg-1 Flu increased the femoral BMD, maximum torque and maximum load of osteoporosis rats, and had a good effect on the changes of bone morphological structure of osteoporosis rats. Conclusion Flu can improve bone biomechanical properties and morphological structure of osteoporosis rats.
